John Hrusovsky is a Certified IT Business Strategist with 35 plus years of proven business, government, nonprofit and higher education experience in providing leadership, developing relationships, and organizing and implementing organizational, business process and information technology change. John has helped organizations to become best in class through increased service delivery, the application of business and industry best practices, improved customer satisfaction, and effective utilization of resources.
John is a thought leader in the IT, Higher Education, Government, and Non-profit industries through his involvement with many clients and organizations and numerous speaking engagements.

Anthony Kucera
Director of Delivery
Anthony Kucera is a results-driven executive leader and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience in information technology, specifically in the ERP space. He has a proven track record of success in designing and implementing IT Governance frameworks that align ERP solutions with organizational strategic goals. Anthony excels in identifying and resolving complex challenges in project management, business processes, and system implementations. His ability to establish and cultivate relationships with top-level executives has consistently resulted in the delivery of best practice solutions.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
Greg Smullen
Director of Business Development
Greg Smullen is an accomplished Sales and Business Development Executive with a track record of over 25 years in driving sales growth and cultivating strong client relationships. His career began at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he was fortunate to be in on the PeopleSoft launch as an implementation consultant. Greg’s career progressed to where he transitioned his focus to business development and client relationship management. Currently, Greg serves as a key leader in business development at Synexis Consulting, where he leverages his extensive experience and industry knowledge to spearhead growth initiatives.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Greg is a widowed father of three adult children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and his dog, Rocky, as well as playing golf.
Greg is actively involved in philanthropic efforts, particularly in raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Research. He has served as a board member of The James Ambassador’s Society and has established the Smullen Family Fund for Breast Cancer Research, both affiliated with The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center (The OSUCCC – James).
Casey Cramer
Director of Operations
Casey Cramer is the Director of Operations for Synexis Consulting. In this role, Casey establishes and manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, fostering collaboration across Business Development, Solutions and Services, and Delivery teams. With a focus on operational excellence, she drives strategic initiatives that streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and optimize revenue operations.
With 16 years of expertise in operations, marketing, and organizational change management, Casey is a strategic leader known for leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and achieve operational efficiency. She has a proven track record of orchestrating cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that strengthen organizational growth and engagement.
Prior to joining Synexis, Casey led strategic marketing and communications efforts at The Ohio State University Libraries, enhancing the University Libraries’ brand and ensuring alignment with the university’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities. Before that, she served as Marketing Manager for a management and information technology consulting firm, where she developed corporate and partner marketing strategies and led internal communications. During this time, she also contributed as an organizational change management consultant for higher education Workday implementations at the University of Southern California and Carnegie Mellon University. Casey is a Prosci Certified Practitioner.
Beyond her professional work, Casey serves on the National Advisory Council for Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD).
Casey holds a Master of Public Administration and Leadership degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University.
